Seeking - JOI/CEI game?

This thread should be the defacto thread for JOI games

There are some good recomendations here. The only critique is that it could do with the title post having an ongoing list for searchablity

The genre is in need of help, its split quite wide at the moment.

iI'm rating this because this is a genre that needs a bit more focus, i'm sure there are games out there but finding them is incredibly difficult (or at least finding good ones is difficult) this is a good thread that hopefully finds more attention.
