After doing the math, I think $20 for 100k words sounds kind of stingy.
You will get exactly zero skilled authors for that pay.
0.02 cent per word is: 90 000 x 0.02c = 1 800c
1800 cent is ~$18 or ~18€.
No one will write a novel-length book for you for 18 bucks.
The rate is not 0.02€ or dollar per word (which would be 2 cent per word) but 0.02 cent, meaning 100 words = 2 cent.

Are you willing at all to discuss shared revenue? For most people (especially talented writers) it is a daunting task to write this much for such a meager pay, and given that you have a Patreon going, with a decent following, I'm sure you would get a lot more offers if you were to offer a chunk of that. Even more because there is a likelihood that good work would result in bigger pay, because there would be more patrons and so on.
I know I would be interested in that case.
For those who want an evaluation to know whether this is a reasonable fee:
If you're inexperienced, and you want to dip your toes into writing, and you're pretty fast at writing, $1800 for 100k words is about 1k ~ 1h, meaning $18 per hour pay. If you can pump out 1k words per hour that are finished and reasonably okay, this is not a bad offer.
For experienced writers, who intend to actually deliver quality writing: Not worth it.
The reality is that even veteran authors will be hard pressed to deliver 1k words per hour in a finished state.
That's because writing doesn't just encompass typing words until you reach 1k, but cutting sentences, pacing the narrative beats, rewriting the structure of a scene or dialogue, deleting & rewriting entire paragraphs, etc. etc. etc. All of the writing craft that's necessary to deliver good writing. The result is what we call "the first draft". It subsequently requires at least 1 revision to tidy the writing, tighten the prose, possibly subsequent revisions in case major changes have to be made that necessitate a new revision, followed by the proofreading which aims to eliminate remaining mistakes to deliver something almost (!) free of any mistakes.
Consistently delivering high quality prose that is not draft 1, is not revision 1, is not revision 2, but fully revised and proofread can be the time of draft 1 * 2-3, meaning you'll often be behind in time and spend 2-3 hours for 1k words even though draft 1 took only an hour, thereby reducing your hourly wage from $18 to $9 or even $6, while providing higher quality writing.
So if you want the experience, think you can get 1k per hour done in a quality that the employer accepts, and both you and the employer are okay with average writing, then this is not a bad way to dip your toes into writing and make some money on the side.
Any veteran is going to move right past it.

I've written a script for a previously abandoned visual novel that is currently being worked on. It was a linear story which had one of five endings depending on ten choices you made throughout. Had an idea for making a script set in a small open world. If this is what you want, let me know by PM. The thing is, yes, you will receive offers, but not from "skilled" writers.. maybe you should chip-in a little more if you intend to bring your project to an higher quality ground.
Personally, i use to write porn reviews for 80$ per 1000words.

The pay for reviews and Visual Novels can be different, and I appreciate that you're paid well for your work.
For the same rate as my current work, I've had the privilege of working with a highly talented, very popular and kind visual novel writer in the past, and I believe their work speaks for itself.
Regardless of the pay, my commitment is to deliver high-quality content that meets the expectations of every player.
