I figured out there's a cheat to fill up the bar quickly:-

Fill Inner Circle: CTRL + SPACE + S
Reach Finish: CTRL + SPACE + F


You can also go to the scene viewer and unlock it immediately by increasing the value of finish and special:-

Cheat Menu: CTRL + LSHIFT + RSHIFT + SPACE + D

Thanks! Tried using the cheat menu, but its not popping up. I pressed the keys all together and nothing popping up. However, I input the other cheat Crtl + Space +S and the gauge fills up

For people stumbling on this game in the future like I did. To unlock the grey out scene you need to finish before the orb fils up with the white stuff it needs to empty out fully to use a condom other wise you cum outside. So just put it on the fastes speed and finish the moment you can. do this 3 times and it unlocks the other two scenes.
