Nuh, it's acting like it should because there was a whole salad of different options which I just shuffled to test stuff. So some of the test apks worked and some didn't. Thanks to your info I've found the source of a problem, was just too tired to deal with it in the morning, needed some rest.
So I was mostly right, newer OS's being picky for option older Androids weren't.
I fixed and reuploaded the apk, so now it should be all green to install and play on fresh Androids. The link is the same.

Thanks to our modders team for carrying the torch for me while I was asleep and personal gratitude to froxy for debug reports, it helped me understand and fix the root of the issue.

Ok, so this is getting straight up funny
I downloaded test apks that you've provided and guess what?
I could install them... but only some of them
Test1, 3 and 5 had same issue as the final apk but the rest could be installed no problem. Launching them was no problem as well.

So I'm having an issue downloading 3 unity games from the torrent.
These 3 games are as follows:
Demon queen Yumisu R, as the champion, anything you do to a cute challenger in the ring is allowed, and lessons for a shoplifting girl. When attempting to download the game to any folder whatsoever, I get an error that says the file name or path is too long. I've checked over the files and tried to NOT download the ones I think are causing the issue, but that doesnt work either. Sorry if this issue has already been addressed, but I checked the past 3 pages and dont wanna go on a hunt when it could possibly be 50 pages in. (And MGB:R works fine, so I dont think its unity itself.)

I resolved 2 of 3 of my issues (I just had to put them in their own folder for some reason) and now lessons for a shoplifting girl remains my only issue. The fix for the other 2 do not apply to this one.
Rename the folders containing them to have less letters. Try moving them closer to your root C: drive (or whichever drive you have them on). Either Windows or Unity can only read paths so long (something near 260 characters I think?) so the longer the folder names are and the deeper it is, the more likely it won't work.
If that doesn't work, I'll admit I have no clue on how to help you, so sorry about that.
i dont know about it. the latest game that i completed was 24. do you have links to unity games?

I can only wish we possess the ability to program the games toward android phones. My friends said it's basically a master's thesis to do these coding and stuffs especially C#'s missing lessons on how to solve errors where you need to do a research of your own. Or if MisterAce had some references to fix errors/bugs then that would be a great start for us.
Let's say... I was too desperate to play the unported games to my android phone . (It's been 7 months since the last apk game) I lost all hope for senpai, kohai to be ported to phones, that is why I've thought of an idea to contact my computer geek friends to help me out with this issue. Turns out, there really was no way to play it on our phones unless it was remade in unity all over again. Joiplay was out of the question since the games aren't html. They also stated, it would be a miracle if some programmer god invented the unity emulator for android, then there would be no more of these crappy issues.
They told me the only way to play it to your phone was to buy myself a pc (well that sucked). Of course, 2 grands wasted but it was worth it (I think). We installed GeForce experience to remote the pc towards my phone in order to play any pc games including JSK games. (The gameplay sucked sometimes with so much lag, reduce bitrate and internet connection issues.)
I tried telling them if there was still hope for the android users, but it was still beyond their knowledge to decompile and code turn-based games especially when there's no foundation/tutorials to decompile/fix errors. That is why everyone's only hope is for MisterAce to find some time to continue his unfinished projects.
