This worked for me and I was doing what you were doing I think. I don't think putting the .dll files in the game folder works.

Still got the same 0xc000007b error after downloading everything. I'm struggling to fix that but I don't really know how at this point. Also the funniest thing is that i tried to open it in exagear(android) and it worked(going pretty slow but it is working).
