Since Life with Mary and Alexandra have been mentioned (Currently both in my top 10 favourite adult games), maybe you'd want to try Haley's Story, another game in which Ptolemy is involved as developer. In terms of cuteness I think it beats almost any other. Beware, it contains incest, but so slow paced and masterfully executed (So you'll have to wait "a bit" if you wanna see any kind of action between the Main Character and his FUNNY, ADORABLE AND HOT LIKE HELL REDHEAD SIST-- Sorry, I got carried away... lots of flirt and teasing, tho), it gets totally believable to the point it almost qualifies as vanilla.

okay so i did include a few games with incest, which i assume you don't like, but i think they are worth checking out because they all are quality VNs with good story and writing, cute characters and all of them are quite vanilla which i think you'll enjoy.
