No, but then again, I seldom meet anyone who's so... insistent with their views and ideas. It's one thing to like a fetish, however popular or potentially niche; it's another to ask that everything conform to one's own standard. Not to mention that, in my experience, bondage (and BDSM) is one of those fetishes that is very rarely integrated well, especially into more action-oriented games. Not impossible, there are good examples in existence, but they're more the exception(s) that prove the rule...
...so to see a game both dedicated to the fetish, as well as making it a core and substantial aspect of non-sandbox gameplay (instead of a flash-in-the-pan PNG during a 'game over' screen or a disconnected cutscene), is like finding a unicorn... sucking off another unicorn... and now you're asking to dilute that purity with something wholly uninteresting to most people and seemingly antithetical to the game's overarching future plans.
So I'm saying, "Leave well enough alone." Let the dev get the core gameplay idea out of the alpha testing phase before trying to interject other ideas that may or may not even have a place here.
