Since progress doesn't get saved and it's annoying to level up again each time, and the auto-win setting doesn't work well against strong enemies, here's a BepInEx mod that sets your level and skips QTEs

City. Walk straight ahead. Close to the 2 lvl 10 girls but not in range of them chasing you.

You can KO her intsantly with the chloroform. Even if you are lvl1

How do you get it off your screen afterwards because f2 doesn't seem to work and everything else doesn't either.

Please profile your game and optimize FPS. Either reduce number of triangles, reduce multisampling quality, some kind of LoD on the character models (even just disabling clothing physics from a distance), giving each object a custom collision model with less triangles, etc. Unity can't do everything for you.
