1.6.2 is a patreon exclusive update, wait till the next public release is 1.7

I believe that is correct, I will post here when the update does come out if you want, or you can get the tier 3 patreon now and you will get an email about the download and everything.

The saves only work with the same version of the game. So I 1.5 only wors with a 1.5 save

Don't do it now it's better to wait on May 1st. You'll have to pay again to renew your subscription on May 1st. Correct me if I'm wrong but Patreon renews this at the start of the month
