Identify Kansen or Something Japanese Game

In this game we are playing as virus/monster/matter I don't really know. This is Visual Novel game not a RPGM. This game was Japanese language and Japan original game. I remember Kansen but when I search Kansen (infection) on Japanese web, results are zombie game or manga, I think that's not it (

I think this is another game about zombies, really not sure). MC are not zombie in the game, more like unknown ghoulish matter.

Any help appreciated!

I'm pretty sure I have what you're looking for, but it isn't translated and I have no idea how to translate it. Also what I have is called Kanse Complete (All Kansen VNs in one pkg)

The game I saw didn't have an English translation too. Please clarify one point my friend, in this game, were we playing with something like a virus or a monster in a section or in the whole game?
