It's fine actually, total charm important only and after you wear 4'th accessory you shouldn't worry about it too much.

Speaking of the bar job, is there any way or any future plans to speed it up? As of right now, it's a simple but interesting minigame that I have some fun with, but it's a total snail crawl with all the text, the molestation animations, and just in general time it takes for actions to load and move along, even after setting text speed and stuff as high as possible.
Unfortunately that isn't a good combination. Simple and repetitive, no matter how quaintly fun, does not mix well with the need for a long time investment. Especially since the pacing is such a slog.
I absolutely dread the idea of doing anything beyond 15-20 minutes, cause I just know it's gonna take me forever to do the whole thing, especially as more and more customers pile in. I know getting drunk from accepting drinks will essentially cut the time in half, but I'd rather do the full 20 minutes to maximize the amount of tips I can get.

For some reason it seems like some of the record stats are capped, or bugged? For one rimjobs given doesn't change from 20, nor am I getting the according statuses. Anyone know what might be causing this, how to fix it?
Locked at a certain max level depending on the stat, until future releases. Like the max character level you can get to, it's so the developer can tune the difficulty based on the planned progression without over ground saves leading to testers saying new content is too easy.
You might be able to mod it to let you advance stats, but that's somewhere in the thread and I don't know the details of how to do it.

if i am not wrong, once you reached the level cap (the warden lv 24), you are not able to get any more exp for all your stat level inculde charm level, of course you still can pump up the charm in different way. but the stat level not change

[tweak] Reversing slut impact on charm
Do you think sluts are charming?
Do you think prisoners should totally be aroused around their turboslut warden?
Do you want every male around Karryn going crazy just because she has sooo much experience?
Then here's the tweak for you. Everyone in the prison will just think "How the hell is this bitch soo charming?!?".
It raises Karryn's charm with high slut levels instead of decreasing it.

Could some folks give me some tips? I think I've played myself into a corner here. I'm on day 60 or so with over 140 passives with Order hovering around 30-40. I'm currently stuck in a riot, nearly got stuck in several previous ones, cause all the prisoners and occasional guards are way too fucking overpowered. Nearly half of the enemies I fight kill Karryn in 1-2 hits, can tank 6 whole hits, dodge most of my attacks, and deal upwards of 30 lust damage. That's not even mentioning that every fight has 4-5 bastards in it.
Everything is too god damn broken. I barely even have any of Karryn's training edicts unlocked aside from the first levels. And my stats are also borked cause my endurance got inadvertently boosted to 30 points a long ways back, and since I'm already at the lvl cap, I'm stuck with all my other stats being at about lvl 15. Also evidently having a super high endurance don't mean jack when every other goblin, rogue, and thug can still deal 30 points of lust damage. What am I supposed to do? I just want to unlock the receptionist sex scenes already but I can't do that cause the prison keeps rioting every 4 days and all the prisoners are too god damn OP.

If unmodded, post the save, so someone can take a look at it, if it is still managable. Just this information, is no way near enough to give you help with it.
