I think you need to include the global file for it to work correctly, just the save alone won't make it show up in the load list.

You don't need to bother with Cheat Engine.
You can download & install RPG Maker MV CheatMenu plugin to basically have a cheat menu for any RPGMaker MV games.

This game is better than maybe the 50% of current AAA games.
Question, is a full Domme playthrough viable?
I played previous versions and yes, I understand and am perfectly ok with the concept of "the inmates are going to try and rape you anyway.
But the impression has been that in order to even unlock the abilities to dominate the inmates you need to be victimized first.
Is there any "full domme" path where you can start to unlock sexual skills without having to fall prey on purpose to do so?

As far as I know, no. You can only learn the active sex skills by being subjected to them until you gain the passive that unlocks the skill. I.e. have your pussy/asshole/mouth/tits/hands fucked by them until you learn how to do it yourself.
No is not and this game in my country is barely 15$

30$ can be a lot of money, especially for porn, in some countries. In places like, say, Africa, it's an absurd sum, but even in some places in East EU, it's many things, but not cheap.
That said, I paid more than that while I was supporting the game on Patreon before it got closed down, + what time I spend on Subscribestar. It.... honestly feels kind of like a dick move on Rem's part that they're not giving the game out for free to the people that were long-time supporters? But whatever, this isn't the place to complain about that sort of thing.
I skipped quite a few versions, and I'm glad to see the full thing is out. Time to see just how the game plays from start to finish.
