CCMod isn't just "anything that looks like a mod", a lot of people propably only played with it on before, and it does have some really nice features.
Other than that tho, yeah, people are really dumb for not realising that patches can break mods.
I hope CCMod gets patched soon.
Literally waiting on that tbh.
This is the only game that has a standard order of operations for me.
1) download the game
2) back up the game because i know i'll fuck it up
3)Download and try to install the CCMod
4) fuck up and use the backup to try again
5)Repeat step 4 until successful
6) Edit the .Js files (for save file , reputation gain, slut leveling, Anti-slut shaming, Editing Fatigue levels to only return 1 (I got sick of the fatigue mechanic and decided to just circumvent it), edit edicts, Edit Enemy Level gain, Patch in no panties, etc)
7) fuck up and use the backup to try again
8) Repeat step 7 until successful
9) Go to sleep
10) Play the game
It's an easy 1-2 hour endeavor. But totally worth it!!
