There are many people explain their strategy in a great details several times on this forum. I believe there are guides on steam community as well.
I can already tell you what 90% of everyone's strategy is: Cheat and play on Secretary
The other 10% is keeping order low while grinding Subsidies. None of which goes against my original point that money generation is an ugly grind. Either put up or shut up. Lookin like you're gonna do the later.

Well, yeah, im actually trying to do that.

Here it is, I tried to isolate CC Mods that overwrite data files into each folder. (If you want to use those mods, dont forget to move it outside of the folder)
CC Mods in the folder will however require mods outside of it.

It is upto the user if they want to risk overwriting data files of new versions.

CC mods in folders are only compatible with 1.0.2a
CC mods outside of the folder has a high chance of being compatible with future versions probably.

Don't forget to modify the mods.txt. You can just uncomment mods you dont want instead of making the status false.

From what I understand from the many advice that the guards and the cat say in-game, you are not meant to complete everything in one run. You can do the challenges once you got enough titles to hold you over. There is also Free Play, which allows using cheats even on the Prisoner Mode version of Free Play. Though, you don't need to do cheats to keep a steady flow without thinking it is a grind. One other tip they also say: "It is a slow burn, not a sprint".

There were micropatches on the build overnight, so I am sure the 1.0.3a release here got prematurely posted.

I set the prison starting income at 1000 instead of 400 in uh Warden mode, invested in the workshop, and bought the bulk drug edict to reduce costs. Bought the prison training and cafeteria. Then I spent the first sixteen days just faffing around the first floor without fighting Tonkin. Seven days of using newbie title. Then I equipped the agility boosting title. I haven't triggered any titles for dex or I'd be wearing that one. Planning on grinding out more time to get the Cleave maxed out.

Money is rough if you want to do a purity only run, sad to hear that it's hard making it even if you give in and do the jobs though. I notice there aren't a lot of edicts to reduce expenses without going corrupt either. It's pretty lame, yeah.

I can't keep making money honest way on Prisioner, but I manage to barely scratch up on Warden by kicking security's asses pretty often as well as keeping order low enough, to have subsidies covering expenses. Then I try to clear first three levels from anarchy so fast as I can do it safely.
Edits are pretty dangerous thing since it's them that take most of your money, so you should be careful when you are going for the new one that increases expenses. You also should deal with "crysis edicts" pretty fun, but keep in mind that some of the best edicts for an end game require you to make all the right choices in several mutually exclusive edicts (especially the one that makes so that you have no riots but in exchange you pay money every time riot should been happened... I screwed this one before and not yet tried to go this route again.

There is also issue that making most money-making building, except of bar and reception, is pretty dangerous before you unlock insurances, because they will be regularly damaged in riots. But they both are not very profitable, pub if you don't work in it isn't really a source of income and making reception source of income just not worth it.

I found with lots of scenes/poses/variations.
I was wondering what's missing on it.

Now this is extreme modding.
Modified most aspects of CCMod to not overwrite the main data files unless you want to.
So you can probably use this with 1.0.3, just dont activate the variables below.

Maybe there's a way to append and insert data while the game is reading them so some mods can be completely be update safe.

Having all CCMods activated but not use the modded data files is actually okay, you just don't get the full features of the mod. Changing them to true would mean you would overwrite them but at least you can just go back with no hassle.

Added a path parameter to mods so your mods folder can be organized.

The only modified data file is rpg_managers.js to allow path parameter.
And the gyaru files if you allow it to.

plug and play (though you need to download the gyaru/preg image and audio files first).

Completely fool-proof.
