From 2.1.1 to 4.0.7 a lot of changes,you can read about this on Ccmod page in section release.
But for me after play main difference it's how configure.
And After 2.1.1 you Config in Game Menu/Settings/Mods/CCmod without open ccconfig json.

As has been stated before man, they're not working on updates on the mods until the new paid bigger boob dlc comes out, and no we don't have an exact estimate of that, or date yet. Just gotta be patient.

Use ccmod not hard,only download ccmod (not source code, and copy this in game folder+ don't forget about settingsmods and fas-cut-in last version.

How does one update the nw.js?

The game worked yesterday but stopped working today; I did a clean reinstall but it closes ~2 seconds after opening

*edit: I found the problem on my end--if Steam is open, the game cannot launch

Alternatively, you can change the number in the file "steam_appid.txt" from "1619750" to "766" (Steam Workshop id) and marked read only . Then the game will start when steam is running.

And one more option. It is necessary to delete in "Karryn's Prison\www":
steam_api.dll
steam_api.lib

in "Karryn's Prison\www\lib" :
steam_api.dll
steam_api.lib
steam_api64.dll
steam_api64.lib

and optional delete "steam_appid.txt" in "Karryn's Prison"
