Mediocre game at best. Very cliche and plain is art and plot plus unbalanced as hell.

Plus no variativity in gameplay terms. Example: Game IMPLIES that you may complete it without corrupting your character, but it's literally impossible due the way the game is designed. After first level protagonists begins to receive arousal from each attack she makes. Once you reach 35% arousal - Karryn begins to be sexually frustrated, which lowers her stats to the ground, making the game impossible to beat even on normal. And the only way to remove this status is... sexual activity. Which corrupts your hero and ruins pure route.

Only sex route is also broken, since you'll be overspammed by enemies eventually. So basically game has only one way to complete it with zero replayability.

All this makes Karryn's prison really dull and irritating game. No idea how it is got certain reputation, because it's nothing if you check it for real.

I'll start off by stating that I have played this game before months ago. Treated it more as a placeholder until I find another game, but came back to it this year after being reminded of the developer for Melty's Quest, and seeing the mods that adds pregnancy.

This game is a complete skyscraper in terms of content and quality compared to Melty's Quest. You can trust most of the positive opinions and recommendations for this game. Its combat system has layers to make the combat a bit strategic for the player. The management system for the prison poses challenges in terms of deciding which upgrade to go for. The big noticable improvement is the H content being the thing you can easily fail a playthrough for.

You go through each level of the prison defeating prisoners and then a boss to subjugate that level. Each new level allows you to have more Warden levels and new edicts to unlock and manage. During combat, you have stamina and energy to worry about the most. Stamina lets you perform moves and fight, while energy helps you defensively and recover stamina to continue the fight. Each fight you enter you will always start out at max stamina and energy, but another factor is fatigue, as each fight increases fatigue which lowers the maximum stamina and energy you have. Enemies will do whatever it takes to wear you down each fight. Increasing your chances of being defeated and taken to the levels punishment room. Karryn's level of corruption will increase overtime for more harassment she gets. So the game doesn't try to beat in every fight you go through, it just tries to win in the end making you run that much more fun or difficult. It also has a system for managing the prisons level of control and order. When order goes down to zero you lose. Keep control of the prison good and order can increase. Most of this is either winning fights or buying edict to promote both.

Even though I give this game a 5 star review, I still have annoyances with it. The edict system or management of the prison feels at times an impossible grind when trying to play legitimately. Even then investing into it can both a good and bad thing for your playthrough. You either get more money, control, and order. Or increase enemy aggression/stats, or corruption. A lot of it also involves you managing the economic side of the prison, balancing income/expenses. The game can feel sometimes unbeatable when in the later stages because so many enemies wear you down for boss to have an easy win. Lower the difficulty is what I ultimately did to enjoy most of the content, and installing mods gave me more enjoyment.

One of the things I don't see many people talking about are performance related things. But maybe I'm just unlucky...?
FPS lock is necessary, but FPS lock causes font issues somehow which makes a lot of the text hard to read.
Game pretty slow/laggy overall.
Game crash a lot, especially as you keep playing. Seems like the engine was never meant to handle hundreds of "passives" triggering all the time during battle. On level 1 floor, I crashed once, on level 2, a few times, from level 3 onwards, I had to put a mod to enable manual save to properly save before every battle since so many of them crash.

This game keep me playing 24/7 for at least 3 weeks. It means a lot. The gameplay is pretty fun and the graphics are a 10/10. I wish this game last longer but it is what it is. Some mods add a little more of content and add some mechanics I recommend. One of the best ero games I ever played.

If you thought the games industry had hit the bottom of the barrel, then you might be surprised to learn that there's an entire second barrel below it where porn games live, and this game somehow managed to be to not only hit the bottom of the second barrel, but went straight through it below ground. 'Well if that's the case why is it so well rated, you stupid ugly motherfucker?', you ask. Well, you see, when the average gooner is so starved for a porn game that doesn't make Big Rigs look fun by comparison, something as incredibly unbalanced and badly designed that yet looks somewhat decent as this game ends up looking like the second coming (heh) of Christ for them. Now don't get me wrong, this has some effort put into it, it's just that whoever designed this game completely failed all of their classes in their Game Design undergrad. So let me give you some points on what's so egregiously dreadful about this game:

• Game tutorial lies to you on how to play the game.
• Combat system hasn't evolved past 1981's Wizardry.
• Combat system has a rock-paper-scissors dynamic that is essentially useless because all it matters is focusing on one attack type. Protip: use Agility.
• Game autosaves before any event meaning you can softlock the game out any good outcome literally minutes upon starting it and you won't realize it until hours later.
• Game has ludicrously grindy, long minigames and mechanics that amount to very little rewards.
• Game over leads to unskippable rape sections where you're forced to repeatedly select meaningless actions for hundreds of turns.
• Game over has a chance to give you penalties that force you down a spiral of unavoidable failures forcing you to restart.
• Game literally takes hundreds of hours of grinding through multiple playthroughs to get a good ending.
• RPGMaker game released in plain 2021 doesn't have a fucking gallery mode. Have some shame, for fuck's sake.

I could go on, but it's literally 2AM and I have better things to do. Point is, the game is incredibly repetitive, has a masochistic anti-fun design philosophy and you have to devotedly flagellate yourself to even have the opportunity of experiencing anything mildly worthwhile. You see, I have very a small threshold for bullshit game design that's meant to waste your time, and I have even less when it gets in the way of my porn, and this game makes getting to the good stuff a chore to say the least, not to mention the developer themselves says the game isn't for the impatient, which begs the question: Who the fuck is this game for, then? The incredibly horny person that manages to hold an erection for four hours straight despite the frustrating experience? On the other hand, look at the score of this thing, maybe in the end the weird one really IS me. Regardless, I guess the one thing I'll give this game is that, forced or not, it has lots of replayability since you'll be running into game overs all the time... Then again I think crushing my genitals in a vise sounds more productive in the long run.

GOOD:
it's a very good RPG with a sprawling set of thought out systems, the concepts are awesome. (at least until their execution in combat...)

BAD:
here's where the combat execution becomes a problem. a few battle fuck games are in my top 10 so i'm certainly a fan of the genre, but this game actually makes BF exhausting and unenjoyable. some games feed you scraps of CGs here and there, but if you decide to engage with slutty battle fuck karryrn, this game feeds you a never ending buffet of the same 15 CGs and it's nauseating.

I have to take 2 stars from an otherwise well crafted game because I want a porn game, and this porn game has a major issue with its porn, and porn is a major part of this game.

It's an excellent game with an array of different scenes, mini-games and enemies.
Lots of replayability with several different endings, loads of different ways you can build your character to fight or get fucked.
Good story with challenging boss fights, amazing audio(moans, sfx etc.)

One of the best to ever do it. Gets some mods, this game is an EXCELLENT time, really. Honestly, the vanilla experience is already a 10/10 h-game, so maybe that'll be enough for you. But by now, I might be on my 6th playthrough of this? Hard to say. Always a lovely time.

Excellent game played many hours and multiple run. Liked the slutty nature of the game and the modding community behind it. I would like to see pregnancy and nursery in game other than mods and i see more potential dlc from the game but the dev moved on from the game

The best! Absolute best h-game ever.
Still has great potential to be better. The art is good, replayability is there, main girl is so hot, DLC are insane too. The game is just everything you can ask for. Needs more support to provide more content that's it. I would recommend 1000/10

This is a great game which does the corruption really well. The tits of the main girl are a bit too big to my taste, but the gameplay totally makes up for it. I like the fact that the dialogue and choices slowly show you how she is being corrupted. The minigames are fun. Really great game.

The idea is really good and there are some nice mechanics.
But most of the game is just dragged out for no fckn reason.

When other games have backtracking, this game has "watch this scene another 100times".

Progress gets slowed down by just taking away what you already got every now and then. Some people may call it a challenge, some people may call it annoying.

To make sure the "level/reputation" of special rooms like a bar, a reception, a gym etc stay high you have to work there. It takes forever and is funny the first 2-3times. After that its just forced boredom.

Artstyle and Idea give this 3stars.
Bad balancing and tedious sidejobs take away all the fun sooner or later.

This is one of the best corruption games I've played, it might not be for everyone because of how long it takes for a lot of things but except that the combat and defeat works very unique compared to most other games(which I like, some people might not),the side jobs actually feel like side jobs in this game which I really like because a lot of games I feel like, dont get it right.
I also like that there are a few customization options for people who are interested.
I do however wish that the stray pubes part wasn't locked behind a dlc, because paying for a niche dlc feels kinda silly.
The point of managing the prison is done decently well especially with the edicts and stuff, feels extremely unique in a good way, I've only seen a few games which have done skill point menus feel actually good and not just
put in a skill point= direct improvement

Not an experience for everyone. A quick fap this game is not, it takes a lot of work to get the FMC to go slut. If played normally, this is one of the slowest burn h game, but also one of the best corruption stories.

The biggest draw here is that the gameplay/combat IS also the sex. You don't just lose and get an H scene, though there is that. While in combat, there are 2 ways to 'defeat' an enemy. Knock them out, or make them cum. There's an engrossing depth to strategically knocking out some enemies, and jerking off the remainder.

Or maybe you start off combat and dommy mommy force a dangerous inmate to cum with a blowjob once or twice, removing him from the battle and making the other enemies too horny to attack you and deplete your stamina. Once the dangerous enemy is out of the way but before you lose all your energy (which is another way to lose the fight), then you can kick the horny inmates in their erect cock for bonus damage, probably 1-shotting them.

Or maybe you go full slut and just decide to make all the enemies cum, but you still need to strategically manage your own horniness. If you have too many orgasms because Karryn developed a boob fetish quirk and the enemies keep attacking your nipples, you can deplete your energy and stamina faster than you can get off the enemies, and lose the fight. But maybe you have a passive that does bonus lust damage with your vagina, so if you can get the enemy's dicks in yours, and keep other enemies distracted with your hands, then you can out pace the lust they do to you and make them cum first.

Lose too many fights, and Karryn starts to develops so many passives that boost her horniness against her will that she can't control the pace of fights anymore, and you've effectively 'lost'. You can't fight the harder enemies because you're just too horny.

How's that for a battle system. Game is affectionately called, 'The Path of Exile of H games' with the large amount of passives and skills your character gets. I can't think of another game off hand where the actual sex is so integrally tied into the moment-to-moment gameplay. If you can then please let me know.

This bears repeating: Karryn goes full slut SLOWLY. Try to force it too fast and you'll find yourself unable to advance vs harder enemies. Controlled corruption is the name of the game.

If you like RPG-style games, then this is the game for you.

However, for me, I only give this game 2 stars because

-You cannot throw the game right away for H-scene. Even if you do, FMC will not be f**ked right away because she will received an a**ton of foreplays.

-Each action scene (bar work, masturbation, defeat scene repentance, etc.) uses way too much time for eaach section. I have played 6+ hours for multiple days yet I cannot go to any ending than running out of Control (one of the game's objective).

-Speack of it, the game's difficulty is too difficult, even if I played it on Secretary mode (Easy). This is because the game has too many things you have to do, like maintaining Control, working in a bar, working in the reception center, etc.

The most infuriating is upgrading each edicts so you balance between not losing from getting Control to 0 and not losing in physical combat. Even in Easy mode, 3 points per day for the upgrade is way not enough.

-The FMC's weapon removal system after defeat is stupid. If you encounter it even once, you will be frustrated like I am.

-The game does not allow manual save, causing save-then-retry methods like other RPG or RPGM games in this website impossible.

nice. Wish there was only more. Tons of great scenes mixed with the perfect form of combat/sex. You can try to stay strong or fall to pleasure. This has been the best game I've played in a while. You must grab it now!

I love everything about this game i really hope that the company make new improvements or dlc or anything to this game.

I also hope new jrpg game is more like this. The mechanic graphics and the free mod. The side job is enjoyable too.

Great, I like this game. I like karryn and this type of game, it's good and cool for me. I like karryn's design and also how she loses. That's my favorite part When she was defeated. I'm gonna keep playing this game whenever I'm bored, I hope there's some type of game like karryn.
