I don't know for sure but it seems like you can unlock it by letting karryn stay naked after she loses her clothes in a battle.
Let's her clothes get ripped in combat and then run around (partly) naked.
Whoever uploaded the latest Karryn Prison included their mods in the download. What do I need to take out to remove it?

After some time, since my first time touching the game back in the v0.6, I finally get to play it all the way through.
This game is absolutely fantastic on almost every single aspect of it. Truly a masterpiece of hgames and a miracle of coding in RPGM.
It is not perfect for sure, but it gets closer than most.

It would be even better if there was an option for more realistic body type(s). However, I know how much work is in new artwork, so I don't expect anything, but the jelly balloons don't do it for me.

You need to install another mod first. Something called ImageReplacer. Then the outfits. You get a little clothes hanger in karryn's room if everything gets installed right.
