Since my first playthrough I've always felt that this game badly needs a handwritten official manual that either comes in pdf form like old 90s and 00s games or that but integrated into the game as a readable for the player to read in runtime. To find what state does what, the different builds, combat and sidejob strategies and such you have to start multiple playthroughs and end them abruptly when you hit a brick wall and it's extremely bad design. To find out about the bazillion passives, edicts, titles and items you have to basically visit the official discord, visit the channels made to track these and ask question and or wade through the messages to find out, an extremely inefficient way to go about this imo.

Tyrrandae brought up the souls games and how you're not told anything and how you're supposed to figure it out and a bunch of other whataboutism crap. I don't expect anything to happen from Rem when his mods blindly defend bad design like their life depends on it, they are just plain weird.

I don't know what they meant by number of rounds, but I think pleasure stance eventually unlocks when your slut level get high enough.

If you are in the middle of your first run, I don't recommend getting going the slut route until either New Game+ or Free Mode. If you rack up too many passives without a viable slut build, you're going to lose every other fight, be forced to wait through the rape scene, start the next day with high fatigue and no halberd, and then come into this thread asking if there's anyways to remove passives, like this guy. Basically, the slut build requires significantly more preparation and planning than grinding simply combat stats. It's much faster/easier to beat the game first than to fuck around too early and try to salvage the run.

welp.. if you get raped early you only raise your endurance that seems useless for early game. main point to get powerful slut build is agilty you need move first if you wanna make them squirt faster than you, I recommend agility and strength causes easy to farm by this build basically just use thrust and hammer. did anyone use dex built? I think dex pretty useless.

Dexterity is used to calculate sex skill damage which is essential for slut builds.

Souls games clearly tell you what you need to know to survive and finish the game.
At no point while playing these games I've wondered what "faith" does, for example.
On the other hand, this game hides shit on purpose just to screw you. Look at the guy I've quoted above if you want to see an example of this. He doesn't know one of the most(if not the most) important stat for a slut build.
But I know some people do argue this game is intentionally made like that. I prefer to call a stupid design "stupid", no matter if it is intentional or not.

not sure about pleasure stance, but look in the skills js. file. to get more rounds/waves of enemies you need to edit the troops js for each fight.

I reckon they had plans for them they never announced, got burnt out/health problems & decided time to move on.

1. I mean that's kinda what the story already implies, but doesn't really explain why he thinks building a strip club in an all-dudes prison is a good idea.
2. I can sorta see Yasu implying that he could get some women for the prison, considering everything else.
3. Definitely seems like a plot hole. Like Yasu obviously predicted that Karryn would agree, but Aron didn't even know who she was. You'd think that it would be easy to motivate him by saying "hey dude, the hottest, strongest chick in the kingdom is coming. Build your strip club so she can dance in it".

P.S. Tonkin, the lv 1 boss, originally got involved because Gobriel convinced him to do it. I know some of the other orcs imply that Tonkin's smarter than he lets on or that he might secretly be important, but we never actually see evidence of this.

Tokin is the same orc in Melty's quest that mind break one of the princesses iirc, so he's quite important in the game's universe, not so in KP though, no idea why he's in the prison.

After his boss battle, Tonkin just did a Heel-Face Turn seemingly out of infatuation for Karryn. So far, the plot of the game can be likened to a quote by John Carmack where he said: "Story in a game is like story in a porn movie. It's expected to be there, but it's not that important."

I do like the little moments where Karryn reacts with utter puzzlement at the various absurd situations she finds herself in at Fort Ganon (though it feels rather out-of-place in a sex build-playthrough compared to a pure one).

Did another playthrough. Having played like 90+ hours on .3 and .4 early versions it massively disappoints me that I can chew through the game in 2 hours. Maybe just my preferred playstyle but from the early version I made a super slut Karryn that had every upgrade, item, etc. Brought that save till release actually. Before release I also grinded the side activities. That is a lot more satisfying. I don't understand why the game had to revolve around replays. This is my number 1 hrpg anyway, nothing comes even close to it, supported it, purchased it. But I can't shake the feeling about the experience for a guy that pays 25 bucks on steam now and goes in blind without knowing the systems. After a bunch of updates my old save reached a point where super slut does not work anymore because of orgasm stunlocks. Meanwhile I discovered that easy mode for a new save is even easier than before. Half the created rooms are not used for anything. What is the sneaky store npc, running from us is up to? How do I punish the slacking guards? Why was there no backstab from any of the floor bosses? What is the point of such an elaborate open system if you can't really play the way you want? I loved it a while back that a pure fighter was just as viable as a whore that makes all the inmates cum like fountains. Guess I'll wait till a proper final patch and see where mods can take the game. It will never have a story I guess but extra toys, outfits, pregnancy, etc can spice things up. Also just messing around the troops and inmate skill usages can be its own fun as well. And what the hell is up with the stray hair stuff? I first thought that was a joke...

Now go post it in the discord and get your every point countered by brainless buffons for no reason instead of getting acknowledged for pointing out shit that can be improved. Almost everyone there tries to vehemently defend every decision and change which leaves me wondering if they even have fun from the repetition and the teased/abandoned content.

Saves won't work without the global file but you can make it work by making a save and then replacing it with the other save by renaming it.

...If this game actually was developed by 3x more coders with just 10x more budget, maybe we can get all that stuff coded into the game with little to no bugs.

Also, before anyone brings up the first Rollercoaster Tycoon game, I don't think the programmer for this game is a real programming expert either; just a dude who make degenerate codes in his spare time and thought he'd share his degeneracies with us.

Gotta keep your expectations in check, man. Illusion might deserve this sort of scrutiny(I swear, Illusion has to be a yakuza moneylaundering operation), but not these two folks.

The way the clothing system is structured, you can go ahead and decrypt the images, then mod your own alternate clothing. The whole thing felt like it was designed from the beginning, if not for future clothing DLCs, to be quite modding-friendly. Just... time consuming due to the stacking layers and different poses and levels of 'clothpulling'.

I extracted all of Karryn's images myself and have them in my iPad Pro with the intention of redrawing my own designs in Procreate, but I have been quite occupied with work and other hobbies. At this point, I'd rather Remtairy commission someone to make those alternate costumes and sell them as DLCs though.

...Just don't sell those DLC clothings at more than 20% the cost of the costume set and I'll buy it.

What are you talking about? Like the other people pointed out, sex attacks scale off Dex. Why are you grinding Str? And it's not getting raped early that's the problem, it's getting stuck in a downward rape spiral because the player decided they want to see a few gangbangs without realizing how easy it is to kill a run with too many passives and insufficient sex-relevant stats. The "too early" I was referring to is people with a melee build trying to see sex scenes before beating the game.
