I have trouble launching the game. It's the base game 0 mod included. When I run nw.exe a loading window pops up then immediately disappear. Help please?

Also you can enable manual saving. I have autosave active. It only autosaves after a fight, at the start of a fight and when entering a room. Thus you can easily save-scum by just alt+f4 and start the fight or action (e.g. waitress job) again. It's an easy tweak:

The game autosaves to the file that was last saved to. So if you want to make a backup save just save it to a new file (aka save slot) and afterwards save to the regular file again. Thus, the next autosave overwrites the usual save location and the backup save is left untouched.

I am 99% sure that it's possible for normal and secretary difficulty. You don't need masturbation for it. You have to be really picky with fights starting from day 1. Game plan example for level 1: you should rush all "human barriers" like you probably always do on a level 1, with halberd combat, and you must avoid str, dex, ag type stats (oneshot can help). After you rush it, you should try to farm erocombat with guards, next to Karryn's office.
Alternatively you can just start from guards and ignore mandatory "human barriers" as long as you farm.

Your priority stats: endurance, charm and mind. Must have skills: "Flaunt", "Healing Thoughts", "Defensive Stance" for early, "Speak No Evil" for mid and "Reality Marble", "Resist Orgasm" for late. You don't need too much gold for this build in a late game and this build probably will be slow at start but scales greatly.

1 was just a mockup, and 6 never finished. The rest are all broken and out of date. They all broke back in July when the base game code changed due to adding support for H cup sized breasts. And now with the latest bit of updates they are all extra broken because they changed Karryn's body making her thighs thicker, so they are extra broken.

If you want to use those mods you need to use an old version of the game. I want to say v1.2.4.18 is the latest version you can use because after that was the code changes for breast size. If you do find that and use it, you can find the mod downloads in the KP prison discord in the modding announcement channel, they are a combination of mods made by MCRamenBoy, Jackthedickhead. and Sushikun.

In all honesty I doubt these mods will ever be updated. The mod creators had interest in updating them in the past, but with a total of 3 cup sizes, and changes to Karryn's base game body art, the amount of work needed to actually update that is a shit ton.

What a dumb take. The reason they broke with H cup is they had to change filenames for different breast size support. Fixing it for the normal size boobs wouldn't be very difficult, but then would leave the mod supporting only the normal sized, and not the smaller breasts. Some were going to do that, but then they announced the P cup sized boobs, so they decided they might as well just wait because stuff could break again, and why fix it twice when you could just do it once? And the battle pose remake was nearly 6 months later and the reason Sushi said he was doing it was because to add P cup breasts to scenes he needs to change a lot of stuff to even make them work, many scenes would have clipping errors if you just take the old scenes and make the tits bigger, so he basically has to redo them, and in the process of redoing stuff he might as well touch up the standing poses to his like.

I think most of those are mods. I haven't seen No. 1 and 8 in the discord group. You can start looking for at the discord group for the outfits. However, the outfits are not yetr updated for the new thicc Karynn so it would be better to wait.
