Are you sure you play on a 0.7 version? Level 3 Defeat Scene got added in 0.7. Prior to that, level 3 Defeat Scene was the bar Scene from Level 1.

The game has no H-cutscenes, all the sex is part of the gameplay whether in combat or the sidejobs. The majority of sex acts are triggered by reaching the desire thresholds seen in the status screen.
