But if you want to make money legit. Just do a lot of edicts at the start to push income before beating first boss and skate around it. You don't really need anything Control increasing before Tonken(whatever orc is) as that will take away from the income having to pay for that = lost profit.
Like each day go fight the guards, beat them up and get money and then wait it out over and over repeating this while buying stuff to boost income and ignoring anything to boost Control. When order gets dangerously low either buy some stuff to boost control back up or go around beating up a lot of inmates to press it back up. Lower Order = more subsidiaries = more money. High order = less subsidiaries = less money. No order = game over. Balance it out. It is possible to hug the remaining order close to the red to get a lot of money, but you better raise it up before beating Orc Boss(Tonken or whatever his name is) cause after you conquer first floor your Control value will further decrease till buying stuff to increase it.
It is also best to make sure you sweep every enemy to have a full run to Tonken. Anything less than 20 Order is starting to cut it close.
I think you have 20-40 days depending on which difficulty before you start getting further punished with lost of Control additions from not subjugating a floor.
If your slut/whore value is too high though you won't get anything from the guard's money wise beating them. You will know this if you see the pink or forced icon from guards making you fight them. It should give you a reminder of time limit with each day saying x days till whatever.
