Yes i didn't had an option as soon as the game started Karryn was already in her goth outfit and hair and all that

I prefer the second one, her goth look doesn't do anything for me.
They removed the edicts to choose hair etc (didn't work I guess). So the look is already preset when you start or load the game.
edit: The linked mod is for game version 1.0.5j, the one in the OP.

There will be a new gym job added to the third floor, my guess is in 3-4 months.

It's a little strange to add a second side job to the 3rd floor. But I guess it's easier to do that than introduce a new area on the 4th floor. Although given that pool we see in the third or fourth room of the 4th Floor....

It's only removed in the dev branches.
But, you can still revert those changes and it works fine.
