How much this'll effect you depends on your build.
If you've gone the slut route of defeating enemies then you should be fine although the stripping minigame will require a little bit of thought put into it to prevent you getting stuck in an orgasm loop.
I've found that so long as you keep your panties on you shouldn't get stuck in the loop but really at this point you should consider going into intermission soon after stripping the bra.
The longer you play the more passives you'll accumulate which is why you shouldn't dawdle if you're playing the game as a fighter.
