The tweak consists of three parts.
First, replace a setup line with a cleanup line, so no passives are necessary. Second, comment out the cleanup line elsewhere so most cum stays after battle. Third, replace two more line so it stays after sleeping.

if you meant like a masochist run, you can try to always lose to ennemies and get fucked this will unlock a lot of edicts and to speed things up you can also enable some mods to get more aroused and get edicts faster, then your only way to defeat ennemies will be by fucking them

they are unlocked after beating the game once - i cant say what each challenge is because i haven't played it yet, im waiting for all the bugs to be fixed. - from what I've read the challenges are things like "beating the game with no halberd" completing them unlocks titles.
