It's not all the smoking guards, it's only "Guard lv5" types. These are also the only guard that start the "guard gangbang" (cowgirl) scene.

I thought the lizard will build a strip club because at the moment a brothel with only Karryn doesn't make much sense and a strip club with Karryn as the main show make more sense.
Yep that’s what they are working on, it will also be the last job they add. Ther current plans are to make the 4th and 5th floor mainly story based and shorter so no jobs there. I think next update is supposed to have both the strip club and subjugating floor 3, which I am guessing also means some 4th floor content.

Whenever I try to get my kick countered by thugs for example, some other enemy always ends up doing a handjob or even regular sex before all the requirements are met. Anyone have tips or is it just luck?
Can someone who understands this game give some tips? I can't for the life of me advance through the story even on easy, how to manage stats and resources better? how to get to deal with the bosses? any help is appreciated!

Luck, a tremendous amount of it since the odds are stacked against you:
1. Any non-guard/thug/orc enemy, since they lack the KC skill altogether;
2. Only one type of guard out of 5 has the skill, and they have other skills they are just as happy to use instead;
3. Same for thugs: they can use other skills;
4. Goes hand in hand with 2 and 3; meeting requirements for KC automatically enables vaginal sex skill usage by the enemies, making it impossible to prevent by lowering desires (e.g. keeping boobs desires low to avoid orc boobjobs);
I got tired of handjobs and blowjobs interrupting next to everything else, so I removed those skills from all enemies capable of KC'ing...after adding KC to all types of guards.
After you lose the game the first time and are returned to the area with three doors, you'll notice a kitty wandering around there. Talk to it. I am not kidding, it will give you some REALLY good advice.
To be short, you are not expected to win on your first playthrough (unless, of course, you edit some of the game files to give you more money, better stats, etc.). The odds are stacked AGAINST you.
So, losing the game by having your order fall down below 0 is not something to be ashamed of. That is a normal gaming event in this game. Start over, while keeping all of your levels you have gained during your previous run.
