Well it looks almost like it was in Bavaria. In the deep south where i live for 2 weeks there was a heat wave and every 2-3 days at night a terrible hailstorm which destroyed so much stuff including many cars in the city.

Just let both get their way with karryn by defeating the other first and let her be excited enough to engage sex with your target

You can make it easier by finding the...I want to say "KarrynPassive" or "KarrynSex" js file and enabling Give Up and Surrender from the beginning. Plus you can also adjust how easy it is to strip Karryn.

Level 4 subjugation isn't until the final version. Level 5 is just going to be the final boss fight.

Corruption doesn't seem to be affecting anything in the current version of the game.

The blackmail of the nerds its based on corruption, so if u have a high corruption the nerds take more of ur money, it only affects the financial side of the game.

Holy shit, that must suck.

Where i live, there hasn't been rain for a month now and constant +30/+35 celsius everyday and there's not even that much wind, there's just the heat sitting still so it's stagnant air that's hot, still nothing compared to that though.

First you need to subjugate level 2 then open the edicts menu and repair the office in level 2 and repair the staff lounge.
Then you can hire a lawyer and purchase insurance right below.
You have to exit the edict menu and reopen it to see the new insurance tab
