Can you build towards sexual attacks right from the start?

If so is there a guide or general guidelines?

There are several in-game guides on how all the game elements work in the form of NPCs you can talk to.
From Karryn's office, head down the hallway and go south into the barracks. Guards will explain various general topics.
Later, when you unlock more and more rooms through edicts and game progression, keep talking to NPCs as they will reveal plenty of the game mechanics. Specifically for sexual mechanics, you want to talk to people in the mess hall.

Important stats for sexual attacks involve Energy and Endurance. The rest of the build is up to you.

You need to save in the new version so that the files appear: config and global. Then you move the saved file from the old version to the new version. ( should work )

Anyone having issues when switching to 60FPS? I have the monitor with 144Mhz and all, but when switching this option in game, everything seems to go into slow-motion.

It's actually just when you take the edict to recruit prisoners as guards.

So it looks like not much has changed. Even way back then, I didn't see much reason to play a charm build.
It seems that unless you charm is obscenely high, it takes way too many turns for the enemies to finish, and even with high charm, the combat and lewd builds would end fight significantly faster. Since it's difficult to increase and needs high numbers to achieve any real effect, it also takes up precious level ups that could go to more useful stats as well.
I dunno, it seems like a bad main strategy and an even worse backup plan. Definitely the most challenging way to play.

Some people said you can add a frame limiting plugin into the game, but for me it doesn't work. What I did was:

-I installed MSI Afterburner and its more important software RivaTuner. It's the one we'll need, but I don't think you can install RivaTuner without Afterburner.
-In RivaTuner, click the "Add" button and find your game's "nw.exe".
-Once you've done this, set "Framerate limit" to 60.
-Do not forget to disable the framerate limiter that's in the game.

Supposedly the game now runs at 60FPS at 100% speed and most stutters should be gone. Sadly there is no way to run the game at 144FPS, but really does it matter for that kind of game?

Those would be the baseline 3, I think.
Now, there's certainly some extra variety in the sub-types, like strength/mind or counterattack combat builds, and dexterity-based or "lay down and take it" slut. I'm pretty sure that previously the charm build was played as a dodge build, but the addition of masturbation kinda makes this a more logical option. Even back then it was by far the most difficult approach, so I'm not sure how feasible it is currently, with all the balancing changes that happened along the way. I'll give it a try when I'm bored, I guess.

I just wanna say I greatly appreciate the consistent update cycle, and the transparency the devs give with ongoing development with their Progress Reports. This is a breath of fresh air compared to plenty of other games I follow where development slows to a halt as the devs milk Patrons for all their worth, like with Female Agent and Kingdom of Deception.

Also holy shit this Scandulousness stuff sounds awesome. In combat builds on Warden mode I would often just let my clothes be stripped in battles and jobs as I had enough mind to constantly suppress desires, so being nude posed little danger and fixing clothes was a waste of a turn. This adds a cool new element and challenge to the gameplay. I'm still planning to wait until the stripclub is added to do a new playthrough though. Does the Scandulousness stuff also build up if you finish jobs (Bartending and Secretary) with clothes displaced?

there are different builds but 2 main categories: pure and slut. each category has its own sub-categories.

the game is balanced enough (or easy enough) that two pure builds can go for completely different strategies and they (mostly) work perfectly. the ultimate challenge here is a virgin run. personally never tried it

then we have slut build. not much to say. get mind and stamina upgrades, grind passives and you are good to go

charm builds aren't that bad. you can use flaunt in slut builds and it's a fine ability at first when you need to farm passives. but it doesn't have any payoff. combat builds make your karryn a badass raid boss, slut builds make her, well, a perfect slut. but charm builds will eventually turn into slut builds because you can't consistently defeat bosses with masturbation alone. so you collect passives over time and it gets out of hand
