If you are playing to masturbate go for a slut playthrough.
If you are playing for a challenge go for a pure playthrough.
By the way this is an actual game, meaning it doesn't have "scenes" or "routes" like other VN and RPGM "games" have. Don't play it without paying attention or you'll be wondering why things are happening or not happening.

I found guides on Steam but Is very tedious and you need to understand the game mechanic and stick to a build
You grind in the first 2 rooms in floor 1 until u cannot level up more but at the same time you are against the clock so the recommendation is that u will lose the first 2 runs (As in you lose cause you lost control of the prison but don't get fuck) I keep getting cocky and think I am strong enough but floor 2 always rekt me
Another thing if that u need to make sure to not get Masochist, you do that by lowering your cockiness, ergo u need to run away from enemies from time to time. If u think u can win an encounter but got bad luck with your abilities, close the game and try again u will start the fight again (Game auto saves so is very easy to fuck up a run) Hope this helps

I own the game and have a save for it on steam, I wanted the dlc seperately. I would rather not have to start over. I'm guessing the thought process here was that I didn't understand that the upload of the game had the dlc included but I'm fully aware of that. I'm asking for the dlc seperately.

Well, I don't think you're going to find the dlc/s seperately, also you can just take your steam save (just gotta go to where the game files are and find the save folder) and use it in the game folder from the download here, should work.
