Pretty crappy game overall.
You can ALT+ENTER to make the game fullscreen, but if your resolution is high it will stretch the game screen out and make everything pretty blurry.
Click on the small target indicators as they move into view to hit Kasumi, and click on the shield icon to defend against her. When you win, click "Run" (this doesn't mean run away, like I thought, it means "run in towards the defeated Kasumi to rape her), then you have a short and stupid minigame of trying to rape her by pressing Spacebar at the right moment.
If you get a chance to play this, definitely pass on it.
