It's not a health issue, he's quite clearly still alive both on Discord and on the Wiki, he's just dodging absolutely everybody.

Either he's already aware any release he makes will be 3 decades too late, and is in a spiral loop of procrastination because of it, or he's fully doing an exit scam and is never planning to release any further versions.

Yeah he promised his patreons that macky expansion and he pulls a big blue balls to eveyone....man what a shame...i would also loved an expansion to the creepy girls npcs too, and there was also a poll to add milfs npcs too...im so tired of this boss..

no, i think femdom game development is like a virus, the moment ur game is making headway the symptoms kick in, you get this neck scratching feeling that you have to delay updates and when the symptoms get even worse you become completely unable to finish the game.
