She's part of the main story progression, near the end.
Just keep following the plot and you will get to her.

She isn't anywhere on the map, you have to follow the main quest until you complete "Missing Spy" and then she will appear.

There's a website by the name of "save-editor-online"
You drag your save file to the oblong box where it tells you and you can edit many things like money, strength,luck etc
you can find the saves in the www folder.
Also would be appreciated if you can send your save file

In wiki it says I can spar with Enna later but I cant find her inside mansion after completing mansion story. I am currently fighting Peng in story. Do I need to finish the story for her to appear or am I just blind?
You mean Vaila right? So I should defeat Peng and get to end of story for this version?
Also can you tell me her exact spot in mansion after I finish the Vaila's quest?

I don't understand what you want in the setting but I will explain to you in detail when you enter the palace you find Vidan there too and closes the magic gate so she tells you you must search for jewels in the rooms and you must collect them 2 in the upper room and three at the bottom and with every piece you find you will face the girl I forgot her name she will chase you and when you collect the things go to the basement in the warehouse or the drinks room you will talk to Vidan then go to the back entrance of the palace there is a garden to free the witch in the palace and after that Vidan asks you to close the holes in the wall from which the girl comes out in order to catch her there is only an opening that leads you to her it is like a ventilation hole and thus the mission ends after Vidan comes
