after 10-20 panties, one day his friend should appear beside him and ask for socks I believe, doing so will trigger the student rumors feet
there are 3 types of rumors, Ass/Feet/Money

no idea tbh. i felt like liliths's cord is pretty good, but i'm no expert and it's neither entirely femdom nor chinese (it's korean).
so, I just started playing this game and looking at the old walkthrough guide, there's apparently maven mindbreak scenes, that I have not triggered any help on that? I don't know if I'm missing any other scenes, but those are some I know of. I check her info, but it isn't keeping track of how many times I have lost to her, so I don't know if I just have to keep losing to her or if I need to do something else first

well, I apparently got the scene even though I didn't remove the necklace, I did sniff her boots in her room, but I don't know if that did anything. Now I just need to know if there are any special scenes I'm still looking for
