I played the whole game and yeah this is probably the best femdom RPGM game outta here. Maybe tied with ToT but Tot's story is smelly while katalist is really good in that aspect ( at at least it still has updates huh )

Spent more time reading the story and grinding than in having good time in porn scenes, games like these are always welcome

One bad side of the last update though is that if you didn't progress on Miki's scenes ( and if you'd want to see these scenes ) she's unavailable from a certain quest to the end of the update, so you can't interact with the character until you bring her back which is not possible for now ( correct me if i'm wrong )

Anyway great project

I do wonder what happened to Miki. I got pretty bad vibes from that scene so I wonder if she'll get corrupted or something. Maybe we get to rescue her....?
Tracy gets along pretty well with the MC so I hope she isn't too evil.

had the same feeling because it was my fav "vilainess" but come to think of it i don't think she will get something permanent. because teary did give her some submission route and some screen time. What I think will happen is something like

On this note I think the next updates should be a bit more focused on giving answers, because the plot is intriguing but Teary keeps adding mysteries on mysteries without giving a clear answer to anything for now and it's getting a bit frustrating to read. It's like evrything is a riddle but for too long

I do appreciate the lack of lore dumps in the game and understand that it's intentional for the player to be lost and confused (just like the MC) but it would be nice to get some more understanding as it seems every character (except Beverly) knows more about what's going on than you do.

At this point though I just want the next update to drop. It's been too long.

Yeah the amount of plot threads in the game is a bit insane. I love convoluted stories tbh but I can only hope to live long enough to see Teary pull it off

Also we know she's part Niht ( given she gives some remnants of Niht's essence and that would explain the interest of the "school niht cult" about her and also why she couldn't leave the tower ) i wonder if the fact she may be part succubus part Niht is the reason behind her "kidnapping". Why would she be used as a "Catalyst" ?

all in all i hope we'll finally have some true precisions in the next updates, it's becoming a huge mess.

Usually 6-7 months pass between updates

i remember a time when we got updates with new women all the way to bonnie like every month or other month. then we hit this 6 month stuff.

It kinda happens, maybe the dev wants to make a big update with a lot of stuff or they are losing steam in the project and took some months off to not get burn out.

I really don't wanna be the white knight type but given the quality of the game and the fact that Teary is solo, doing art, code, music and scenario it's already impressive he went that far.

I honestly thought he was gonna give up the game at some point when it was fuuuull of bugs, i don't remember which version exactly but it was a complete mess. In the end he fixed nearly all the gamebreaking bugs, and even if there are still bugs it's clearly playable.

So he could even take one year off, i wouldn't care as long as he keeps his project going. ( and not doing that on purpose to milk the patreons ofc but that's the problem of many games which are sustained via this method )

Unfortunately, I do get it. At first glance, the art of the game seems kinda... off-putting. Once you see the full res version of the art, it's great! But when you see the thumbnails, it kinda seems like it's gonna be uncanny valley territory. Damned shame.

Like, i'm gonna take my own example, i know the value of money and even if i absolutely love his game i won't support until the next update drops.

EDIT : Oh yeah it's the dev of Summertime Saga. This kind of game is just mainstream compared to Katalist, and i think visual novels in general are optimal to make money out of a porn game as it requires less efforts to make.

There's also a game called Another Chance that i played cuz there was a bit of femdom and devs are making like 20k a month when the "gameplay" is abysmal and the story is mid at best, which is a shame for a cookie clicker visual novel.

So yeah a bit sad for teary but at least he's making a salary out of a femdom game. He should be happy about it

yeah you're right about that ultimately its a really good game I'd even say amazing as i cant think about really many femdom games i want updated over this one and ill just be glad to see it finished in a good way. i think it was actually like something changed in the devs life with school or something that caused the delays if i remember. so cant really be all that mad as they went from no life deving on this to having shit to do. i dont think teary is like a bo wei just jacking his dick instead of actually doing shit and i cant really think of anything bad to say about how teary has handled the game other than wish they communicated a bit more. unfortunately i dont support anymore because i refuse to support anything that doesnt see updates at least every 2 months other than what i already support which honestly i probably need to look at again and see if i need to cancel some more stuff but ive been too lazy. been burned too many times on the monthly support going no where and stuff gettong randomly abandoned. i am greatful for those that do support it though. i will still buy a completed version when it actually launches. probably on like itch for like well over asking cost or if updates actually get back regular i would support. but thats just me. plus i usually support for like a month when the updates drop to just grab it early now that i think about it which is usually like 20 bucks each time.

It's a guesstimate based off him having almost 30k paid subscribers. He actually could be making way more.

If I was rich I would for sure pledge at the highest tier and try to stop toilet from winning every poll....
