As per people on the discord, it's better to wait for the full update. Idk the details but it's said to be fairly buggy. There's already been a hotfix fixing one of the new characters, but still.

Please guys dont pay 20 bucks for the super bugged version its not worth it, i know you guys cant wait to bust a fat nut and me too, but wait for the fixed version even if its gonna take 1 or 2 week.
And also beware that the saves might not work anymore for the new version if i remember correctly, so you'll need to redo from the beginning.

yeah i was going to sub and give it a try if it was like $5. $20 for a buggy mess that's likely not playable is insane. paying that rate to be a tester

Somebody said the new content is related to the main quest. Still sucks but you can probably get to that point in 2-3 hours if you speed through text.

Hm well its not really the end of the world, like d2dcameron said it only take a few hours to get back to the last point, and yeah the macky quest line is a pain in the ass to do so its understandable, even with the bugs too.
