Just die to her and it will go away for a while. Keep powering through the main story in the downtime between her appearances.
even if i die to her, image is still stuck on screen, but its transparent, will try to progress the story and see if it will fix it. but the bed thing is so annoying, i cant pass time like this
*update, now section with emily is bugged, it brings me in loop where every day, john call to go in female dorm.... this is such a bugfest
Reading the comments has me concerned about the story progression of this game.
I like what I played before the trial version, but if he doesn't start tying things together, it will be hard to do so in the future if he keeps adding mystery.

Also,you can bypass the entire story from the beginning itself by going to fair poison and finding doli...i was just exploring and found it in the beginning itself
