It does, some pages back there was a new code - and the penthouse Then worked for me with the new code, on my old save which previously had access to it.The new characters' scenes were added.

You can get them in town from the pawn shop in the town. It's in the first area off the bus but you can use the fast travel feature to teleport there too.

in my new run after not playing for years, this bug still exists and has just happened to me. tried messing around with mtool variables for awhile but cannot figure out how to fix it. if anyone knows a good fix, please provide info
I'm on the latest version and I've beaten Peng, but I can't figure out how to get to the recollection room like in the previous versions, was it removed or am I just missing something extremely obvious?

You got the penthouse to load for you with the newest update, because the one before, "test" it worked fine, but the newest one it doesn't even load it goes right back to the cellphone when I try to do it.

The penthouse still works, you just have to put in the new code. It even has the new character scenes now.
- Open Cellphone
- Select The Kitty Box
- Select "Redeem Code"
- Enter new code (57680)
- Click Penthouse
- Enjoy

So I had the same problem. I loaded a previous save right before the Verl attacked and then was annoying. Went to the witch's house and she mentioned Blossy, then went out of the house and traveled south path to grab her then go back to witch's house. You have to talk to the witch and Noo. then sleep a couple of times to meet the Agent's secretary for information that Noo needs. Verl will make you a deal to use her like a power like that energy or katalist options when fighting the dominas. After all that I am finally fighting Peng in the clock tower.

Is there any way to turn off the Verl screen overlay things? I can't take that thing off my screen, even with debug
So far my solution was to bruteforce finding which image was showing up on screen and then encrypting a new rpgmvp file with a 10x10px image but with the same name lmao
