You can also Upload (mirror) the game to a file host like Mega, buzzheavier, workupload
Links to other site should also be OK as long as it's a link directly to the game.

Tho Never heard of that forum, is that a good place to find all kind of games shared?

Yeah, It's a good place. They've actually got a rule to check here first before requesting, so if it's not on F95, then doubling back to COM is a great idea. They do have a thing about multiple requests and such to avoid clogging though, so be aware of that.
