The program needed is on op under rags: click the spoiler and download the rags 2.4.16. You don't need to do anything else.

I have the latest version on RAGS no idea why it isnt working for some. But I have my own issue now Sophia ran away and all the walkthrough is says is evening then checking every hour. ? What does that mean do I need something ?

I tried running this in 2.4.16 and in 2.6.1(latest) and every time it gave the same message, 'sorry, this RAGS file is unreadable'.
Also ftr half the mirrors have been deleted, but every mirror I was able to download did the same thing

Also, don't open it from the browser. Download it first and then open the file from explorer.
