The main idea with these is that the mc somewhat enjoys the bondage and you have an option to either escape or make the bondage worse for the mc.

Also its prefered to use rpgm and use 2d characters, but honestly anything at this point would be helpful. Thanks in advance

No Escape - though usually the option to resist and failing to escape is the one that makes the outcome worse. RPGM but 3D images.
