Having an issue where pressing up on the controller (either D-pad or left analog stick) makes Kincaid move right, and the up/down/left/right part of the controls isn't even rebindable.

Edit: She also moves right when pressing down but only if I'm mid-air, lol. Very annoying trying to drop off platforms and automatically grabbing onto a ledge.
Ladders and swimming work perfectly fine.

It's in the aqueducts, in a hidden room where you have to activate a lever to make it appear. Then, depending on which save file you started with, you have to complete a mission related to it. But I don't remember if choosing the save file where the portal with the wolf and bear is activated, or the one that takes you directly to the aqueduct, makes the mission unnecessary and you'll get a yuri animation

It's a shame there isn't a video showing where it is and how to do it. Man, I've been trying to find this thing for over two hours, I'm going crazy! But thanks for replying.

If you've found the ruins past the boss you fight on the elevator, you'll eventually make your way to a room with a save point, a couple pipes, and the dev characters constructing the level (lol). There is a lever you may miss next to the save point. Hit it to reveal a secret area behind the ladder:

Not aware of anything like that in the game yet unfortunately, you just have to play it and find the scenes

Some are broken in the most recent build afaik, I think it's the kobold threesome that cant be unlocked as well as at least one other I can't remember off the top of my head
