To be completely honest without spoiling the game too much I'll state a couple of points:
1. The story is excellent showing hope and despair throughout the game, thus keeping you engaged and connecting you with the characters.
2. All characters are actually likable for once, even the main villain is not cliched at all.
3. Story has secret progressions and routes even though it is linear, so creativity is plentifully present in the game.
4. Most sex scenes are hot as hell , woo Oho.
5. The difficulty curve is manageable with the right strategies and a bit of luck, so it's not a Rambo game.
6. Music is awesome and appropriate for the different areas and scenarios.
Verdict: You come for the porn you stay for the story and gameplay as well. It's kind of like Kamidori Alchemy Meister based in that sense.
