Thanks for the reply. I tried both of these, and no luck. Even very low damage (less than 50) had her give me the earth card. Maybe I ran into a bug? I'll try removing all my saves to see if I can start totally fresh and get it to replay (since the Scenes gallery appears to pull from all aggregated saves).

It might be bugged because of difficulty, I think it doesn't trigger on easy as she has too little hp to begin with for the check

After a several tries, I finally managed to beat Mia. It didn't do anything lol. She just said the same line that she says when you lose to her. In case anyone is wondering what deck to use to beat her, I'll include the deck and the items that I used to beat her. I randomly got the Ice Wand by beating Laira and taking down her bar like 6 times in one fight. Also, the wizard cola is a must for Mia, and the Magic Booster is probably necessary as well.
