Extremely bare bones and functionally the same as Small Town, Society, and Project Reeducation.

The only planned tags I have right now are what you may expect from a game like this: harem, cheating (since some of the women will be married), maybe some optional trans content. I already have the characters and their stories planned, but I may change something by the time I add it to the game, so I don't want to promise anything yet.
In regard to the enemies, there will be some antagonistic characters in the story, but they are there mainly to be cucked by you. If by "active" you were asking if they will try to steal the girls, then no. I was thinking about adding netorare options in the future, but I'm not sure, and even if I do, it would be waaaay down the line.
