Hey, I would also like to make a Lora for a game like you did, my question is where did you train your images? Did you use hypernetwork, or something else?

Looks like you don't have "git" installed. it's required to get updates from the project repository.
You can get it here:
If that so, then v3.10.6 strongly recommended for ForgeUI and Automatic1111.

I used civitai for training, but now with more powerfull GPU i can try to train at home with kohya_ss script.

Neither one nor the other) I added very short tutorial to first post in second spoiler.
It would be great if you explain how to use Canny and Depth too)

What's your option on style fidelity?

I want to see if reference only is better than using a controlnet model.

I found that changing control weight better affects on style, while "style fidelity" is more like finetune slider.

How do you adjust the style weight in ForgeUi?
"style weight"? Maybe "style fidelity" or "control weight" in controlnet?

Most of time i use default settings, if it isn't enough then i tweak "control weight" or "ending control step" and very rare "style fidelity".

I'm still tinkering with it but here's three images I generated in ForgeUI then I edited them in Photoshop.
Something wrond with colors on your images.

Here i tryed to generate some variations for first image:

And after many tryes i managed to get this (with controlnet).

Last one is oversaturated because of "reference_adain+attn" preprocessor.
