Are sure it was 0.4.0? All I could find that was posted last night is the full rip of version 0.3.4 that also includes the bonus packs scenes, but it doesn't have any of the 0.4.0 scenes.

Yes all the same scenes we already have here. The whole gallery was uploaded to exhentai last night too so you can see for yourself there. No 0.4 leakage yet as far as I can tell.
Yeah it was just the 0.3.4 bonus Image pack.
