Mage Runes can be found in Lumis Shop

don´t know about bone Dust, but got liek 600 of Bone Dust.
Maybe you need to kill skeletons from the crypts

go Gob´s House and use barrel

its the backdoor Selvana´s Kingdom

if you don´t have Twilight checkpoint
then you have to walk there

just use those doors and outside etc.

Yeah, well, the option isn't there and I can't do anything in Selvana's place. I'm assuming it's a gamebreaking bug, which sucks.
