knight blast is at 0, u need to increase it to 30
the same with knight channel to increase the darkness power.
so basically add everything u got into the your basic skills.
after that "click" on the knight blast to select it.
but u need a "cannon" weapon. get one and equip it.
after that use AP-reset and add as much INT possible while add STR as little possible (to allow to equip the weapon)
also, the reason get misses is because of low accuracy, when using melee attack u need DEX as well.
but this is nothing u need to do since u will use a cannon-weapon + skill + INT (skill uses magic accuracy that is based on INT)
remember u need to select the knight blast, a cannon melee damage is worthless.
only together with a skill u will be able to do damage.
(cannon is a bit more difficult to play, since its a skill-based type, it only works with a skill, and using a skill consume MP, be aware of that)
also, theres 3 different types of skills:
passive: u don't need to do anything, those skills will give u whatever benefit
supportive: it cost MP to use and it will give u something for X seconds. u can click on the skill to make it "automatic" will show as green-animation around the skill-icon (only work if u have enough MP) (also an support-skill gets a key assigned to it, check settings to see what key, u can change that)
active: all attack skills are active skills and cost HP/MP to use. u can have 2 active skills, left or right mouse button. (that u need to select in the skill-inventory, it will show a red/blue animation around the skill-icon)
cannon speciality has only 1 active skill (so far) while cane specialist has 2 active skills.
