I'd rather get a brand new car from the lot, I'd be able to tell if it fits my needs just by looking and asking alone. But if you prefer to drive a 1999 camry with 300,000 miles on it, it's your call.
Strangely enough for some reason i find myself unable to actually attack anything at the early game stage and equipped the weapon potions and done that quest yet the frogs, snails or otherwise i find myself unable to attack and just constantly die?

-89 unique NPC and 500 Interactive Map Objects. -168 unique CG with 2845 Variations. -286 H-Scenes -289 Map Locations (Including Shops and Houses) -109 Monsters to kill (9 Mid Bosses and 8 Major Bosses) -1593 Items (989 Drops, 790 Shops/Gacha, 227 Missions) -99 Music Tracks. -159 Quests (Split into 1191 Quest Parts)
last time I did a word count it was december, 1.25 million words or 6.4 millions letters in the story. so its quite big.
so far we have:

I still got many other game to finish. mainly Japanese anime game because of art and stuff but if your game
I assume you are one of dev team
if your game got preggy and maybe something that not other game don't have like house harem of your girls, sex interaction/not scripted/you control how to have sex like grab the tits and thrust speed and character reaction to this, your girl got their own activity and respond to your kindness stuff
there are more I would like to have but I totally give up and lost faith in porn game industry since some game claiming AAA standard sex game but got like gallery of P Hub Overwatch porn video for gallery

I'm actually gearing up for Pregnancy in the coming months. The sex scenes are already hinting that the girls want to have children so you can expect that soonish.
But to answer your question, the game is a VN so everything is coded to move as you go through the pages for a sex scene. There are animations but the player have no control over them.
Edit: I guess what I'm doing differently than other games is the Route System. Every girl usually has 2 Routes; Lovers and Corruption. Lovers is to make the girl fall in love with the Hero and your normal lovey dovey content. Corruption I have wilder ideas like a Prostitution System for 2 NPC's you meet. Down the line you'll be able to sell women in return for favors to help in the on going War. Plus there's other stuff like a smaller Trainer Type minigame with certain NPC's that need to be broken in or trained into having sex.
False positive. It's usually Windows Defender that dings us but the others don't.

There's plenty. Most of it is the MC cucking other men and stealing their girlfriends/wives. There's also a lot of sharing and so far 1 Route where you have a girl stolen from you.
Milk farm is a maybe? I have no idea really but I'll consider it.
In terms of repeatable scenes, there's plenty alongisde a Recollection Room where you can revisit old sex scenes and play them to your hearts content.
And yeah, the Hero is the Pimp for the Prostitution System.
