Make sure nothing except the exe is open. If you are trying to cheat, do that later when you can at least open and close the game without issue.

You can always delete the current save, launch the game, at least enter Mushroomtown, and then proceed from there

I think it's honestly fine just being straight RNG, just perhaps needs to require less wins in a row to open the cage. Like 4 maybe? The probability equation to open cage would be (5/9)^n where n = number of rounds required to win.

n = 3 is a 17.2% chance to win which is too easy probably.

n = 4 is ~10% chance to win all 4 rounds, pretty fair.

n = 5 is 5% to win, which in theory is just 1/20 chance but in practice can end up taking an insane amount of keys to win. Idk what you guys have it set to right now though, just that it's greater than 4 wins.

n = 6 is 3% to win.

If my attempt at probabilities is correct, the probability of achieving at least one cage open in 20 keys are:

• n=3: ~97.71%
• n=4: ~87.84%
• n=5: ~64.15%
• n=6: ~45.62%

I think 4 is the sweet spot where some lucky people will take 2 attempts and some really unlucky people will take like 40 but eventually everyone will win. 5+ allows for too much losing potential.

I will also mention that the wording of "Place remains the same so you can get lucky in finding it" in the description for the cage is somewhat confusing.

Having the close/far hints would make it more consistent though so perhaps that is the right solution to balance around anyways.

Unrelated, but is there no point in having warrior/pirate/magician etc gear? I'm in the middle of Henesys still (His New Family quest) and my inventory feels like it's filled with completely useless shit. Nevermind this quest line is finally mentioning the classes now with the books in domain lol.

level 1 has 9 chest and 5 tries
level 2 has 16 chest and 10 tries
level 3 has 25 chest and 15 tries
level 4 has 36 chest and 20 tries

so first level theres 4 chest u will not be able to open
after that 6, 10 and 16

I could increase tries. or I could add hints. theres many way.
one cool way could be to show which line or row the right chest is at and show that at the last try.

here example of level 2, where I didnt figure it out until my last attemp and now it show the row.
but with this I think I need to lower the tries. maybe 4,8,12,16 tries instead.

I turned in the coupons for the christmas quest but when i talk to louie it says i haven't talked to all the citizens. Who am I missing? I talked to the 4 snowmen and the two people outside and there's no option to talk to ms. claus or santa

It bugged out. There's a fix at the top of the page.

Just unpack and replace your ui_story1 in the Data folder

there are many places (i did not map them) in the story where it says "will continue in future updates", but it just continues. like some lines were not removed. its a simple visual bug though, nothing that affects the story.

We're in the process of making the minigame more fun and more dynamic. Hopefully not as annoying but it'll be a better Cage in the next update. Thansk for all the feedback!

Ah, it didn't bug out. Back in The Domain Gamma, just click on Kirito at the Throne and that will autostart the next quest. I'll leave a new Tracker for it so this doesn't happens again.

Display. Middle option, top.

You're looking at Full if you want the entire screen up

I can't see any scenes and when I talk to the NPCs I just see them as chibi and I'm going to leave the island

most probably u have used the "H" key.
that key is the "hide-text" mode. but theres 3 modes, full-mode, CG, SFW.
just press H key until u see "full-mode" in the top-center region.
