As of 2024-01-18, the game features penetration via. dildos, plugs and vibrators, but no male characters. The player has the option to disable all penetration, or just anal penetration when starting a new game.

Judging from the screenshots, no male characters at all. Maybe it could be a change down the road? Screenshots are always closer to the first builds ever of a game, so later with changes, it could happen.
